Kedoya Market`s Street Vendor Needs to Be Relocated

The existence of PKL (street vendors) around Kedoya Market, Kedoya Utara Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district, West Jakarta start worrying the official traders at the area. The problems has been known by Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat while visiting to the market, Tuesday (1/27).

To respond the traders' complaint, Djarot immediately ordered Head of Kedoya Urban Village, Ahmad Latif, to control the PKL at the area. "I give him one month. He promised and committed to resign or fired if the problem remains the same," told Djarot.
Besides that, Djarot also asked the PKL to be moved inside the market due to many empty kiosks are still available. "

Furthermore, besides given responsibility to handle the PKL, Head of Kedoya Pasar Jaya market, Dede Tabrizi was asked to accommodate the traders’ aspiration as to relocate the trash dump site location.
"I will be demoted or resign if this problem remains the same. It's the governor's order," he admitted.
