PMPTSP Agency Wins Award from PANRB Ministry

The Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) has managed to defend the award as a Public Service Provider Unit in the Excellent Service Category with the Highest Score (A) from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB).

This award was directly handed over by PANRB Minister, Abdullah Azwar Anas in the Joint Public Service and Bureaucratic Reform Award ceremony at the Bidakara Hotel, South Jakarta, Tuesday (12/6).

Jakarta PMPTSP Agency Head, Benni Aguscandra expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all staff who have been committed and dedicated to providing excellent public service.

He also thanked the community for taking care of permits or non-licensing independently and for being actively involved in the public campaign 'Urus izin Sendiri itu Mudah' (Managing Own Permits is Easy).

"Insya Allah (God Willing), we will continue to be present as initiators and innovators as well as being an inspiration for other public service providers in Indonesia and abroad," he expressed, Friday (12/9).

His party also continues to ensure that the implementation of public services under his agency is carried out professionally, effectively, efficiently, transparently, adaptively, and sustainably.

It was by the Acting Governor's mandate to support the acceleration of world-class bureaucratic reform and efforts to eradicate all illegal levies (pungli) in public services.

"We'll continue to strive to eradicate all forms of extortion in public services and accelerate world-class bureaucratic reform by simplifying the bureaucracy, presenting digital-based service innovations that facilitate and bring services closer to the community," he explained.

PANRB Minister, Abdullah Azwar Anas uttered that the implementation of bureaucratic reform conducted by all government agencies must have a measurable impact in alleviating problems in society.

Therefore, in the context of accelerating the impact of changes in Bureaucratic Reform, the ministry made the application of Thematic Bureaucratic Reform an indicator of the assessment and evaluation of each agency.

"Sooner, we are about to select several local governments as a pilot project of the Digital Public Service Mall. Physical building for service, important. However, the digitalization of services is also important to continue to meet people's needs according to the times," he explained.

As for the information, various Innovations from the Jakarta PMPTSP Agency have become an inspiration for other local governments in Indonesia and the governments of friendly countries.

It is noted that the agency has received a working visit in the framework of a mock study of the delivery of prime public services in Jakarta throughout January-December 2022.

There were 43 Working Visits of agencies or institutions with more than 696 participants, starting from local governments, central government, and government delegations from friendly countries.

They are also intensifying public information disclosure regarding licensing and non-licensing procedures, policies, innovations, and achievements of PMPTSP Agency through social media @layananjakarta including providing counseling services and assistance with licensing and non-licensing applications at the Jakarta Public Service Mall.
