200 Vehicles Enliven Electric Vehicle Funday Convoy in Jakarta

As many as 200 vehicles took part in the Electric Vehicle Funday convoy initiated by the Transportation Ministry, Sunday (12/18). It is a form of the Jakarta Provincial Government's support for the mass use of electric vehicles in the country.

His party is also trying to provide charging station facilities for these electric-based motorized vehicles.
"Jakarta fully supports the accelerated implementation of electric-based motorized vehicles," he asserted.
Faisus Sabar Budiman, a person with disabilities expressed his pride and pleasure in participating in the event.
According to him, the use of electric-based motor vehicles is very important to reduce air pollution in Jakarta.
"Happy to be here. Hopefully, it can attract Jakarta residents to switch to using electric vehicles in order to reduce air pollution. I also appreciate the Government for using several electric buses for public transportation," he continued.
The convoy was also joined by several Indonesian celebrities and state officials, such as artist Raffi Ahmad; racer Rifat Helmy Sungkar; House of Representatives Speaker Puan Maharani; Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Minister Bintang Puspayoga; and Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Arifin Tasrif.
