Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Operational Director, Eddy Prasetyo said that his party would bring back the joy of celebrating New Year's Eve 2023.
"We have made various preparations, including coordinating with the army (TNI)/police and the regional government, thus the event will run smoothly," he expressed, Friday (12/23).

That is also adding personnel from the police, TNI, Satpol PP, Transportation Agency (Dishub), and Health Agency (Dinkes), and Fire and Rescue Agency (Gulkarmat) with 625 personnel. They will support the Ancol officers who have been alerted about 278 personnel.
Ahead of New Year's Eve, visitors can also enjoy street art performances at the Stone Area Symphony of the Sea and live music entertainment at Lagoon Beach starting at 3 PM on Saturday (12/31).
Especially on December 31, all recreational units in the Ancol area only operate until 3 PM. Afterward, the Ancol area was prepared for celebrations welcoming 2023.
"Residents who want to visit Ancol to celebrate New Year's Eve, we urge you to take Transjakarta bus," he urged.
He also prepared 63 units of Wara Wiri buses which will be mobile in the Ancol area as well as three series of sato-sati tourist trains which visitors can access for free.
For the security and safety of visitors, there will be three ambulances, four cranes, six police posts, six health posts, eight lifeguard posts along the coast, and five Covid-19 Task Force posts. He also urged people who want to visit Ancol to purchase tickets from D-1 through www.ancol.com.
"According to the regulations, between 120,000 and 130,000 visitors are allowed in Ancol. But if there is congestion, we will limit and stop entry even though it has not reached the number limit," he closed.
