Throughout 2022, 30,741 Vehicles in East Jakarta Netted

We crack down on them in the operation, called Lintas Jaya which is done every day

The East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency has noted that as many as 30,741 vehicles have been netted for committing various traffic violations during 2022. It aims to minimize congestion.

Supervision and Control Division Head, Riki Erwinda said from 30,741 vehicles netted, 4,544 were ticketed and 1,402 were stopped its operation.

East Jakarta: 59 Offenders Netted during Lintas Jaya

Then 11,699 were ticketed by the police, 8.370 were motorcycles, 330 were three-wheeled vehicles, 117 were cars, 4,264 were towed, and 15 were grounded.

"We crack down on them in the operation, called Lintas Jaya which is done every day," he expressed, Tuesday (12/27).

To optimize the operation, as many as 75 joint personnel were involved, starting from Transportation Sub-agency, army (TNI AD, AU, and AL), police, East Jakarta Traffic Region Unit, National Polices Mobile Brigade (Brimob), and Garnisun, including seven to eight towing cars.

"Every day, around 20 vehicles have been towed," he closed.
