Electric Bus Service is Ready to Serve Residents on New Year's Eve

We really support the New Year's Eve event in Jakarta

PT Mayasari Bakti as one of the operators of PT Transjakarta will operate 27 electric buses in a bid to smoothen the New Year's Eve celebrations in Jakarta.

These buses will operate and serve people from 5 AM to 2 AM.

PT Mayasari Bakti Director, Ahmad Zulkifli said from the total 30 electric buses owned, only 27 are alerted during New Year's Eve. Three other buses will stand by in the pool at Jalan Shoot Pekayon, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta.

Each bus could carry 55 people, as well as consists of 33 seats and 22 standing places.

"Our bus serves Tanah Abang - Blok M, Bundaran Senayan - Tebet, and Senen Train Stations - Blok M," he expressed, Saturday (12/31).

According to him, so far there have been no problems in the operation of electric buses. On one electric charge, the bus can travel a maximum distance of 250 kilometers.

"We really support the New Year's Eve event in Jakarta," he stressed.

He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to PT Transjakarta for awarding its staff with the Operator Award on December 23, 2022.

Several awards won by PT Mayasari include The Best Driver Management and the first operator to operate an electric bus

"We even got one more award for our driver who is the best in operation and without fatalities," he closed.
