Tens of trees that are prone to fall which are located on Jalan Palmerah Raya, Palmerah, West Jakarta, pruned on Sunday (2/8). It aims to anticipate fallen trees and casualty, especially motorcyclist.
Most types of the trees are angsana and acacia. The tree pruning was done by 10 officers using chainsaws and machetes.

Palmerah Sub-District Head, Zeri Ronazy stated that to conduct tree pruning, his side has coordinated with West Jakarta Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department.
"We prioritize on the leafy trees and branches that already jutting into the street," he stressed.
Similar thing is also spotted along Jalan Puspa Raya, RW 12 Cengkareng Timur, Cengkareng.
