27,545 Trees in East Jakarta Pruned Throughout 2022

The East Jakarta Parks and City Forest Sub-agency has pruned around 27,545 trees prone to fall in 2022 through 90 personnel from 10 sub-districts and sub-agency offices.

It is also carried out following up on residents' complaints reported via CRM

Green Belt and Cemetery Division Head, Atang Setiawan expressed that tree pruning was carried out to anticipate fallen trees during heavy rain accompanied by strong winds.

5,844 Trees in Central Jakarta Pruned

Of 27,545 trees pruned, 3,065 were pruned in January, 2,456 were pruned in February, 1,675 were pruned in March, 1,169 were pruned in April, 1,677 were pruned in May, 2,034 were pruned in June.

Then 2,329 were pruned in July, 2,504 were pruned in August, 2,680 were pruned in September, 2,588 were pruned in October, 2,651 were pruned in November, and 2,744 were pruned in December.
