KI Jakarta Builds Communication Synergy with Ancol

The Jakarta Information Commission (KI) is set to strengthen the synergy of joint communications with PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol. It was carried out through a friendly working visit to PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol yesterday, precisely on Jakarta KI's 11th anniversary.

We believe PPID Ancol is committed to carrying out public information disclosure

The visit was attended by all members of Jakarta KI, namely Jakarta KI Chairperson, Harry Ara Hutabarat; Jakarta KI Deputy Chair, Nelvia Gustina, Jakarta KI's Information Dispute Resolution Division Head, Agus Wijayanto; representatives of Jakarta KI secretariat and all honorary workers.

Jakarta KI Chairperson, Harry Ara Hutabarat said the friendly working visit was also in the context of providing input and presenting the results of the 2022 monitoring and evaluation (monev).

Jakarta KI Emphasizes Information on Availability of Clean Water to RT Level

He appreciated PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol for their participation in returning the independent questionnaire as a form of public agency's commitment to implementing information disclosure laws.

"We believe PPID Ancol is committed to carrying out public information disclosure," he expressed, Friday (1/27).

According to him, in the future, the synergy between PPID Ancol and KI Jakarta needs to be conducted, especially in the field of institutions, education, socialization, and advocacy, as well as information dispute resolution.

"Synergies build communication with Jakarta KI's work area for the monev stage," he added.

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Corporate Secretary, Agung Praptomo appreciated the results of the monev from Jakarta KI. In the future, his party will try to perfect the public information conveyed to the public.

"We received the input as an improvement. Public information has been conveyed and needs to be rearranged," he stated.
