Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Best BUMD Awards 2023

Bank DKI's active steps in encouraging digitalization transformation since 2021 have again been appreciated by independent institutions

Most recently, Bank DKI again won an award in early 2023 as the 2023 Indonesia Best BUMD Awards in Innovation and Create Appropriate Strategy, Regional Development Bank (BPD) category.

The award was received directly by Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy at the 2023 Indonesia Best BUMD Awards, Improving Regional Accessibility Towards a Sustainable Economy which was held online on Tuesday (1/31).

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy expressed his gratitude to all Bank DKI customers, work partners, and stakeholders who continue to give their trust in Bank DKI products and services.

According to him, this award is a valuable appreciation for Bank DKI's commitment to carrying out its role as a collaborator of economic growth in the region, especially Jakarta, which is manifested through the development and innovation of digital-based products and services for customer satisfaction.

This award also shows that the Transformation 5.0 strategic step that is currently being carried out by Bank DKI is on the right track to increase the capability and capacity of Bank DKI in responding to challenges in the VUCA era.

"As well as answering competition for digitalization of services in the increasingly stringent banking and financial industry," he expressed, Wednesday (2/1).

Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi revealed that the award motivated Bank DKI to continuously innovate and improve competitiveness, service, and company performance sustainably to support the acceleration of national economic recovery or development in the regions.

He added that Bank DKI is ready to continue to present innovation through synergy and collaboration with various parties in facing 2023, including increasing financial support through digitalization.

"For the sake of ensuring the progress of the community and regional economy as well as the development of the business of Bank DKI sustainably," he added.

As for the information, the award is given based on the results of research conducted by the Warta Ekonomi research team to BUMDs from various fields throughout Indonesia, which are deemed to have contributed very well to regional development, corporate innovation, and community service.

The assessment is carried out through financial performance and the company's strategic policies in product and service innovation, business strategy, integration, or business expansion, using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, namely desk research, media monitoring, and expert panels.

The achievement of this award also complements Bank DKI's brilliant achievements in early 2023.

Previously, Bank DKI had just bought up a total of 11 award categories at once, with 5 award categories as Best BPD Rank I in the "6th Satisfaction, Loyalty, Engagement and Corporate Reputation Awards 2023" by Infobank magazine.

One of the special ones, Bank DKI has been named The Best Regional Bank In Corporate Reputation 2023.
