Expanding Services, Bank DKI Opens Cooperation with Pelni Hospital

Bank DKI signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pelni Hospital in terms of the use of banking services and health facilities.

This collaboration is a start for the future

It is part of an effort to expand and optimize services between two different entities.

Retail and Syariah Bank DKI Director, Babay Parid Wazdi said the MoU signing is a form of Bank DKI's support for various payment transactions that can be used by all employees and Management of Pelni Hospital.

Bank DKI Expands Cardless Cash Withdrawal Services at ATMs

Bank DKI will provide banking transaction convenience by providing Cash Management System services and opening accounts (Savings, Current Accounts, and Deposits).

"Including consumer credit financing and placement of ATMs in hospitals that can be used by visitors and patients," he stated, Friday (12/9).

He explained that the signing was the opening momentum for a good collaboration between Bank DKI and Pelni Hospital which had written a history of health services to the people of Indonesia, especially Jakarta for more than 100 years.

Besides optimizing banking services provided by Bank DKI, Pelni Hospital would also provide health services for all Bank DKI employees as a form of business reciprocity.

"Health services given included inpatient, outpatient, teleconsultation services, medical check-up (MCU), and emergency services," he explained.

Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi revealed that Bank DKI welcomed the signing of this MoU as an opening step for cooperation between the two institutions.

"This collaboration is a start for the future to open up greater synergy and collaboration, to provide benefits to many parties," he said.

As for the information, Bank DKI has experienced significant progress in its transformation efforts.

Bank DKI was able to win various awards through the company's continuous positive performance and non-stop in presenting product and service innovations for customers, work partners, and stakeholders.
