"Since the Covid-19 pandemic hit until 2022, we don't have a budget to repair potholes permanently. So far, we have only patched potholes in five city areas," said Jakarta Bina Marga Agency Head, Hari Nugraha, Tuesday (3/14).
He said the permanent repair would be started layering using hotmix along protocol roads including Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jalan HR Rasuna Said, and so forth.

He added his party also repaired around 22,000 potholes in five city areas from December 2022 to December 2023.
"We involve PPSU personnel spread across all sub-districts in Jakarta. However, we'll repair the roads permanently this year," he stated.
