The Central Jakarta administration opens a seven-minute sermon (or kuliah tujuh menit *Kultum*) during Ramadan at the Al Fauz Mosque, which is in the local mayor's complex.
Central Jakarta Employment Sub-agency Head, Yanu Hardiyanto expressed Kultum cult activities are held every day to improve the spiritual mentality of employees, both ASN and PJLP.
