Hunting Favorite Takjil at Benhil Market

Tidung Market Online Founder, Mutasiah (35) said this online store was made as a place for buying and selling snacks or takjil via WhatsApp to Facebook applications for residents.

It is also provided to make it easier for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to sell various kinds of products and takjil menus during the fasting month.

"The menu served starts from pukcue, bakwan, risol (rissoles), laksa (spicy noodle soup), jongkong (a sweet treat), pastel, pacar cina (local dessert), and fruit ice. Everything can be ordered and delivered to the house," she expressed, Wednesday (3/29).

She explained Tidung Market Online has been established in 2019 until now and has 3,513 members. This online store is opened for SMEs who want to sell and promote their various products for free.

"Hopefully, it can improve the Seribu Islands' economy and make it easier for residents who want to hunt takjil to break their fast," she explained.

Ani Khair (33), a resident of RT 03/04 Tidung Island feels happy about the online service to order and deliver food easily and quickly. Moreover, in this online store, there are many choices of snacks or takjil menus at affordable prices starting from Rp 2,000 to Rp 15,000.

"Let's see the snack menu first on Facebook and in the WhatsApp group. The menu is different every day. If there's something we want, just order it and it won't take long to be delivered to the house. This is very easy and saves time," she stated.
