Seribu Islands is Still Favorite Tourist Destination on Idul Fitri Holiday

Seribu slands is still a favorite tourist destination for tourists to spend time with family during Idul Fitri holiday.

As experienced by Putri Lestari (22), one of domestic tourists on Harapan Island. She really enjoyed her vacation, as she did not spend a lot of time traveling and dealing with traffic jams. In this place, tourists can also enjoy the beauty of the sea at an affordable price.

"This is my first time here and excited. On my short holiday, I really use it for a vacation to Seribu Islands," she expressed, Thursday (4/27).

Idul Fitri Holiday, 29,720 Tourists Visited Seribu Islands

She preferred not to use travel services for two days and two nights on vacation. During her holidays, she enjoyed various activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and visiting turtle hatcheries.

"I will come again later but outside Idul Fitri moment because it is very crowded. I still enjoy this holiday because I can have many acquaintances," she added.

The same statement also came from Enda (40), a Slipi resident who took vacation with two children on Pramuka Island.

Hal senada disampaikan Enda (40), warga Slipi yang berlibur bersama dua anaknya di Pulau Pramuka. Liburan ke Kepulauan Seribu sudah kali kedua dIlakoninya. It was the second time he has taken a vacation to Seribu Islands.

"Last year, my family and I visited Untung Jawa Island," he admitted.

According to him, tourists visiting Seribu Islands during Idul Fitri holiday were very busy. Thus, a two day and one night vacation was not enough.

"I want to take my children on vacation. Incidentally, they like the beach atmosphere, so I took them here," he explained.

To visit Seribu Islands, the mode of transportation was very easy and the boat ticket prices were affordable.

"My next trip is Harapan Island or Kelapa Island. Maybe waiting for my children to have school holidays again. Even though the weather on the island is very hot, we are still satisfied," he explained.

Angga (19), a college student who has finished vacationing to Kelapa Island with his friends. There, they stayed overnight on one of the empty islands using a tent.

Vacationing in Seribu Islands is deemed very exciting and cheap, as visitors can enjoy the beauty of nature at low cost.

"When I'm tired in the city and have a lot of schoolwork, we usually camp on the island while grilling fish from fishing. Exciting and fun," he finished.
