APBD Disbursed, PNS to Work Optimally

Jakarta Civil Servants asked to prepare all required documents to run all activity while waiting the 2015 City Budget disbursement. This is intended to accelerate the implementation of all programs and maximize budget absorption after it was cashed.

"We prepare the document while waiting the approval from Home Affairs Ministry to accelerate the program implementation after the budget was approved," said Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat after giving guidance to Provincial Working Unit (SKPD) in Technical Department, Central Jakarta, Thursday (2/26).

Djarot said, he did not want to repeat the same mistakes as the last year. As known, 2014 City Budget absorption is less than maximum and one of the causes is many tender documents are incomplete so it should be returned and takes a long time.

"So, they should work hard to prepare the document, and tell which is tender, e-catalogue, or direct appointment," he said.

He also hoped all Provincial Working Unit can coordinate well each other. So, all documents can be prepared on upcoming march after the budget was approved.

"I ask all SKPD to eliminate their ego. So they can coordinate and work synergistically," he hoped.

To achieve the target, his side will hold evaluation of four months. So the activity progress can be monitored intensively.

"We will hold evaluation meeting of four month, what is done, what is still on process, and what is the next process," he said.

He also appealed to all Provincial Working Unit to not do corruption because it will harm their self and agencies. Moreover, his side will give firm sanction for the corruptor.

"I emphasize to not do corruption from planning until the implementation," he said.
