He explained MSMEs had succeeded in reaping a turnover of a total of Rp 1.3 billion from 63 bazaars that had been held. This amount shows that people have high purchasing power for local products.
Besides high purchasing power, competitiveness between MSME products, especially in Jakarta is also capable of increasing the use of domestic products.
"It will also improve the community's economy," she added.
She said one example of increasing the competitiveness of MSME products is its success in penetrating a wider market.
"It can be seen from the presence of several MSME products in various retail stores such as food halls to ranch markets," she stated.
