Heru Expects Jakarta Inkai to Continuously Innovate and Achieve

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono accompanied by Jakarta DPRD Chairman Prasetyo 'Pras' Edi Marsudi, along with representatives of Jakarta Forkopimda attended the inauguration of the management of Jakarta Karate-Do Institute (Inkai) for the 2023-2027 period. The inauguration was led by Inkai Central Management (PP) General Chairperson, Ivan Yulivan, at City Hall, Sunday (5/14).

On that occasion, the Acting Governor congratulated the management of Jakarta Inkai. He hoped that the newly inaugurated board of directors would run the mandate to advance the sport of karate, thus it will be more innovative and achievers.

"I congratulate the entire management of Jakarta Inkai. Hopefully, the organization led by Mr. Herianto Syahputra (Inkai Chairman) was able to run the mandate that has been set fir better wheels of the organization," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

Aside that, he hoped that Jakarta Inkai will continue to be passionate about improving and making achievements. Moreover, Inkai is very influential and contributes to supporting the career of the Indonesian Karate-Do Sports Federation (FORKI) in every international event.

"Once again, congratulations on carrying out your duties for the new management. Hopefully, this moment will be a driving force to raise enthusiasm for more achievements, both domestically and internationally. We believe that all of them are capable of achieving better results," he explained.

PP Inkai Chairman, Ivan Yulivan revealed that the Jakarta Inkai would continue to progress and develop as a national barometer. It is in accordance with the purpose of establishing Inkai to develop karate athletes as a generation with noble personalities and love for the country.

He also explained this as the purpose of the founding of Inkai to build character that builds the nation.

"Maintain integrity that is not to be joined by parties who disrupt solidity. Then please increase deliberations, increase achievement, and let's make Inkai goes to world class," he stated.
