Residents Throng to Cheap Food Bazaar at Pulo Besar RPTRA

Residents enthusiastically welcome the pop-up bazaar that offers subsidized cheap foods opened at Pulo Besar RPTRA, Jalan Danau Elok VI, RT 13/11, Sunter Jaya, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

Hopefully, the same program can be a routine agenda every month

Sri Mulyani (43), a resident who is also KJP holder felt greatly helped by the availability of subsidized cheap food. Besides helping to meet the nutritional needs of her three children, the price of basic commodities sold in cheap food was very affordable.

"Hopefully, the same program can be a routine agenda every month," she expressed, Wednesday (5/17).

The same statement also came from another resident, Endang (41). She had been a beneficiary of subsidized cheap food three times because she was registered as a dasawisma cadre.

"Thanks to the government for this program. I was very helped," she stated.

Subsidized Cheap Food for Pulo Besar RPTRA Head, Bob Donna expressed that today there are 631 residents who are entitled to receive subsidized cheap food benefits. They consist of government social assistance card holders such as KJP, KIA, KLJ, disabled, dasawisma cadres, and PJLP.

In this cheap food, residents can buy various food commodities at affordable prices, for instance 1-kg chicken meat costs Rp 8,000, 1-kg fish Rp 13,000.

Then a tray of 15 eggs Rp 10,000, 1-kg beef Rp 35,000, 5-kg rice Rp 30,000, and one carton of UHT milk is Rp 30,000.

"I only advise residents who receive cheap food to take advantage of this program wisely and correctly," he stated.
