PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) launched a special 35-minute service on routes that customers need with a short and certain trip time.

The service itself has been applied since May 8, 2023 on Ragunan - Kuningan Timur route, the Grogol - Semanggi route and Pluit - Kota route.
Transjakarta Operation and Safety Director, Daud Joseph expressed the 35-minute service is the company's innovation to provide the best service, especially in providing certainty of trip time.

He added Transjakarta provides convenience in service and prioritizes safety aspects, so that the 35-minute route operation has been carefully designed and managed.
