Residents living in Lenteng Agung, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta now have a new, iconic and interesting place to visit.

Residents can freely take selfies at the location

In this area, precisely on Jalan Raya Lenteng Agung, RT 14/05, a Selfie Park has been made which residents can use as a place to take selfies.

Lenteng Agung Urban Village Head, Ahmad Hasaini said the Selfie Park was built to support the flagship regional planning program on site.

The name of the park was chosen because many residents visit to take selfie photos using smartphones.

"In accordance with the name Selfie Park, residents can freely take selfies at the location," he expressed, Wednesday (6/14).

He explained the area, which is under the Lenteng Agung Horseshoe Flyover was chosen as the location for the arrangement, thus it would not be occupied by street vendors (PKL) and illegal parking.

"The land that we are planning belongs to the Jakarta Bina Marga Agency," he explained.

In its arrangement, his party deployed five PPSU personnel. Arrangement on an 8x30-square-meter plot of land began in early April 2023 by involving the relevant regional apparatus organizations (OPD).

"Currently, it has been completed and can be enjoyed by residents," he stated.
