According to Suwondo, the policy was taken due to construction on Jalan Patal Senayan. Even, some trucks and heavy equipments have been deployed to support the project. "Traffic here is very dense. If it is neglected, it will cause accident in future," he uttered.

Bastian (34), a car driver said if the railway crossing is closed, it will trouble the motorists. To get to Senayan, the man who lives in Permata Hijau area must take a long detour. "I hope it can be cancelled. I took 20 minutes to get to Jalan Tentara Pelajar due to narrow road and dense traffic," he complained.
As known, the Permata Hijau Flyover is extending from Jalan Permata Hijau-Jalan Patal Senayan which has a length of 533 meters and 10 meters width. It was built for anticipating traffic jam around the railway crossing. Its construction is targeted to complete at the end of this year that has spent Rp 131,5 billion as contract cost.
