ITC Roxy Mas Must Provide Story Parking Lot

Central Jakarta Administration appealed the owner of ITC Roxy Mas to provide a story parking lot around Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari, Cideng, Gambir, to anticipate the illegal parking under the Roxy Flyover.

The parking lot inside the building is full of employees' vehicles that are parked all day long

Considering,  majority the vehicles parked in ITC Roxy Mas are belong to the local employees thus the visitors could not get the parking lot and park their vehicle under the flyover.

"The parking lot inside the building is full of employees' vehicles that are parked all day long. It makes the visitors have to park their vehicles under the flyover and the traffic becomes more dense," said Central Jakarta Vice Mayor, Arifin, Wednesday (3/11).

1,015 Vehicles Netted Due to Illegal Parking

Arifin stated, the proposal of the construction has been conveyed to the owner of the building for the convenience of the visitors.

"We also appealed the citizens not to park their vehicles carelessly. Currently, we are planning to take and hand over to the police those illegally parked motorbikes.

Contacted separately, Head of Central Jakarta Communications Sub-Department, Muslim claimed, his sub-department routinely held raid on Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari. The raid is done randomly due to it is not being known by illegal parking attendant.

"The raid could be done twice a day in a random time. However, we hope the story parking lot could be one of the solutions to get rid of those illegal parking," expressed Muslim.
