Although the ranks of Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department officer has intensively done illegal parking raid, yet it does not yet give a meaningful deterrent effect. Evidently, along January 2015, there were only 1,305 vehicles netted from some sub-districts.

Of the 1,305 netted vehicles, 257 out of them were ticketed, 956 vehicles' tire valves removed, 80 vehicles towed, and 80 vehicles prohibited to operate.

"Throughout January, as many as 1,305 vehicles we re netted due to illegal parking," expressed, Head of Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, Muslim, Tuesday (2/3).

Muslim disclosed, the raid is routinely held twice in a day. "Our target is Senen, Tanah Abang Market, and under Roxy Flyover," he uttered.
