Acting Governor Reminds Importance of Solid Foundation towards Indonesia Emas 2045

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono attended a Child Potential Seminar with the theme "Realizing Your Potential, Embracing the Future" at the Graha Bhakti Budaya Building, Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta, Sunday (7/23).

On that occasion, the Acting Governor highlighted the importance of creating a solid foundation for children to welcome Indonesia Emas (gold) in 2045.

"I also invite all parties, starting from parents, teachers, educators, and all levels of society to jointly provide optimal attention and support for the growth and development of children. Together, we will create a solid foundation for the glorious future of the nation's children," he expressed.

Acting Governor Urges Students in Jakarta to Always Have Good Behavior

According to him, a solid foundation was needed because based on his observations he went straight around to schools in Jakarta.

From the visit, it could be seen that the extraordinary challenge for students is cell phones or online. Thereby, it was necessary to explore and direct the potential interests of students, thus they are able to reach their golden potential in 2045.

"I often visit the school both elementary, middle, and high school. Children face enormous challenges, namely the development of information technology and digitalization," he explained.

He also reminded that all parties could increase the self-potential that exists in children. One way was by helping children to choose interests and talents according to their own potential and character for their future.

He welcomed the child potential seminar held by the Indonesian Prosecutors Association (Perjasa), which was held to commemorate National Children's Day 2023 and celebrate the 63rd Bhakti Adhyaksa Day.

"Surely, appreciation and gratitude to the central board of the Indonesian Prosecutors Association for organizing this useful activity. Happy 63rd Adhyaksa Bhakti Day and 39th National Children's Day. Hopefully, our togetherness today will become a field of inspiration to continue to strive in creating a superior and quality golden generation of Indonesia," he added.

He also had the opportunity to see the children's work. He was also interested in buying a painting with the title "Tuapan Masoh Manfaat" by Anita from SMKN 28 Jakarta.

"This painting conveys the meaning that we must continue to work, contribute energy and thoughts to this nation without age limits. That's why I'm interested in buying it," he exclaimed.

Meanwhile, Perjasa General Chairperson Amir Yanto hoped that with this child potential seminar, the Perjasa and Jakarta Provincial Government could contribute to improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia for the future.
