2015 City Budget, Just Wait for Evaluation from Ministry

The documents were already sent to the ministry this morning. Its process would take seven days. We just wait for the evaluation

As reported before, the city administration had completed the incomplete documents of 2015 City Budget (APBD) that was requested by the Home Ministry.

"The documents were already sent to the ministry this morning. Its process would take seven days. We just wait for the evaluation," said City Secretary, Saefullah, after he attended in the executive meeting at City Hall, Monday (2/23).

2015 Draft APBD Already Complete

Saefullah disclosed his party is currently waiting for the evaluation process. "We sent the documents this morning. If it is approved, we will announce the evaluation results to the council," he told.

He explains the evaluation is in accordance with the applicable principle and has been approved by the council. "There is an approval from Legislative Council (DPRD) Head that is based on the approval of the entire commission. Once again, we are very obeying the principle," he expressed. 

Former Central Jakarta Mayor hopes the council members able to deliver the aspirations of development at the level of the Development Planning Meeting (Musrembang) in urban village.

"The results of the ministry's observation, meeting, and its constituent can be reported from the level of urban village, sub-district, city, and then province. So, the aspiration could be collected and discussed from lower until province level prior to the city's budget priorities and preliminary thresholds (KUA PPAS) is made," he told.

As a result, he furthered, legislative party can cast their opinions to the executive in accordance with the mechanisms. "This long moment that will be used by the council members. So, don't suddenly make a decision," he exclaimed.
