As the developer is bankrupt makes the reparation of Jalan Joglo at Srengseng Sub-District, Kembangan, West Jakarta is still unclear.

The company is bankrupt, whereas, the road has not been handed to the the City Administration thus it is trouble us to propose the reparation

Kembangan Sub-District Head, Slamet Riyadi explained, the reparation plan of the road is one of the discussions in the Regional Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang). The road which is located in the pretentious residence Intercom is still the developer's responsibilty due to it has not been handed to the City Administration.

"The company is bankrupt, whereas, the road has not been handed to the the City Administration thus it is trouble us to propose the reparation," said Riyadi, Friday (3/13).

Nevertheless, Riyadi added, he has asked the local RW Head to send a letter to West Jakarta Mayor with the developer's copy in order to developer could hand over the general facility (fasum) and the social facility (fasos) to the City Administration.

Normado (40), a citizen in RT 08/12 Srengseng Sub-District stated, since Jalan Joglo Raya is still not being repaired, the reparation is conducted by the citizens themselves as the road is very vital.

"Since the road is very vital, so the citizens conduct the reparation by themselves," he stated.
