133 Damaged Roads in North Jakarta Repaired

North Jakarta Public Works Sub-Department keeps accelerating damaged road repair to prevent traffic accident. Thus far, 133 damaged roads have been repaired since July until December. Here are their locations:
This road repair is an effort to press traffic accident rate
- Cilincing Sub-District: Jalan Tipar Cakung, Kesemek, Kebon Baru, Akses Marunda, Nusa Indah Rorotan, Marunda Baru, and Jalan Kapuas 1;
- Koja Sub-District: Jalan Lontar Luar, Jalan Melur, Jalan Anggrek, Jalan Melati, Jalan Lago Sinar, Jalan Walang Barat and Jalan H Taimin;
104 Damaged Roads Repair in E. Jakarta Accelerated- Tanjung Priok Sub-District: Jalan Ganggeng Raya, Warakas 3, Sunter Jaya 2, Enggano, Bugis, Dadap, Taman Sunter, and Jalan Sunter Hijau;
- Kelapa Gading Sub-District: Jalan Kelapa Hybrida, Gading Indah Raya, Kirana Avenue, dan Jalan Kelapa Cengkir;
- Pademangan Sub-District: Jalan Budi Mulya, Bakti 1, Bakti 2, Bulutangkis Sports Hall (GOR), Pademangan 1, and Jalan Pemandangan;
- Penjaringan Sub-District: Jalan Teluk Indah, Pluit Karang Timur, Pluit Karang Jelita, Jalan Pluit Murni Raya, Tanjung Wangi, and Jalan Bandengan.
“This road repair is an effort to press traffic accident rate,” stated Head of Roads and Bridges Maintenance Section for North Jakarta Road Public Works Sub-Department, Sugoro Sinaga, Tuesday (12/16).
According to Sinaga, damaged road repair work will continuously be done before the peak of rainy season happens in upcoming January. In addition, his party keeps monitoring damaged roads in the municipality. The residents are asked to report to local Road Public Works Sub-Department as well as urban village and sub-district apparatuses if they found damaged roads.
“We will directly follow up the reports. So, by the time of rainy season peak, there would be no more potholes in North Jakarta,” he said.
