To Reduce Pollution, Water Spraying will Be Carried Out on West Jakarta Roads

To reduce air pollution, the West Jakarta Administration is about to spray water on a number of roads.

Wesr Jakarta Economy and Development Assistant, Imron Syahrin said, as the initial stage, his party will carry out water spraying at two points on Monday (8/28). The two points are Cattleya Park Route - under Citraland - Tomang and Tomang Route - Slipi - Cattleya Park.

"It aims to reduce air pollution in Jakarta," he expressed, Saturday (8/26).

It was realized in collaboration with the West Jakarta Fire and Rescue Sub-agency (Gulkarmat), Parks and City Forests Sub-agency, Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency, and Metro Resort Police.

"It is done starting from 9 AM," he added.

Besides the two routes, spraying roads would also be conducted in eight sub-districts in West Jakarta.
