The Central Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency dredges the mud from the water channel on Jalan VIJ II, RW 06, Cideng, Gambir.
The progress work has touched 60 percent
Gambir Sub-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Imawan expressed the dredging was carried out to follow up on residents' aspirations in the Musrenbang 2023.
"It has been realized since August 20 and is targeted for completion by the end of September 2023," he expressed, Sunday (9/3).

"The progress work has touched 60 percent," he said.
It involved 17 personnel. Besides draining, they were also making six drainage tranks in the size of 60x60 centimeters along the channel.
"It aims to accommodate water maximally to anticipate inundation when it rains," he stated.
