West Jakarta to Add More Mobile Library Fleets This Year

The West Jakarta Library and Archives Sub-agency is about to add two units of mobile library fleets this year.

West Jakarta Library and Archives Sub-agency Head, Achmad Jazuri said his party already has 10 units of mobile library fleets which have an operating schedule every day from 8.30 AM to 2.30 PM.
The locations targeted for the mobile library fleet include schools, places of worship, RPTRAs, parks, and others according to request.

He added each unit could carry as many as 300 - 350 book titles. Most books brought in the fleet were children's books and religious books.
"Of course, more people will be served. Hopefully, it can increase interest in reading, especially for children," he stated.
