South Jakarta Mayor Opens Cikajang Festival 2023

South Jakarta Mayor, Munjirin officially opened the Cikajang Festival 2023 held along Jalan Cikajang, Petogogan, Kebayoran Baru, which falls from September 23 to 24, 2023.

He appreciated the event, as it was capable of increasing MSME's economy in the local area.

"I appreciate all the committee and related parties who have played an active role in holding this event," he expressed, Saturday (9/23).

He hoped that it could stimulate regional economic recovery in South Jakarta after being hit by the pandemic and can give new enthusiasm for assisted MSMEs (Jakpreneur).

"And also further promotebthe name of Jalan Cikajang to become even more iconic. So, it can become one of the culinary tourism destinations in Jakarta," he hoped.

Cikajang Festival 2023 Organizing Chairperson, Hasan Abdul Gani added his party was trying to revive the economy by inviting 110 MSMEs.

"On behalf of the residents, I would like to thank all parties who always support this event," he stated.
