PPKUKM Agency Sends MSMEs to International Exhibition in Singapore

The Jakarta Agency of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) has dispatched its MSMEs to the international exhibition FIND - Design Fair Asia at Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

This is expected to increase competitiveness on the global stage

Those four MSMEs in question are Mammu Handmade, La Vida Home Indonesia, Viro Build, and Indovickers.

Jakarta PPKUKM Agency Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo said their participation in the exhibition is to support the development of domestic MSMEs by increasing brand awareness and expanding marketing of local products.

"Their participation is believed to be able to boost people's economic activity through increasing the competitiveness of local products on the global stage," she expressed, Wednesday (10/11).

As for the information, this exhibition is a forum for professionals or business actors in the contemporary design sector ranging from suppliers of furniture, lighting, kitchens, bathrooms, and household appliances to be able to penetrate the dynamic Asian market.

"This is expected to increase competitiveness on the global stage, to increase Jakarta's GRDP which is dominated by the trade sector," she stated.
