The use of the budget needs to focus on adjusting the situation
According to him, there should be planning from now on regarding Jakarta which will no longer have the status of National Capital.
"The use of the budget needs to focus on adjusting the situation and conditions," he expressed, on the sidelines of the Commission Meeting discussing the 2024 Draft APBD at Grand Cempaka Resort, Bogor, West Java, Wednesday (10/11) evening.
DPRD Supports Jakarta Government to Implement WFH for 50 Percent EmployeesHe requested that Regional Capital Participation (PMD) should also be immediately used or absorbed by BUMD.
"This PMD is based on an application from BUMD. Once it is obtained, it should be able to be used immediately according to the plans that have been prepared," he explained.
He went on to say that MSME, including those in the informal sector, should also receive attention.
"Street vendors (PKL) need to get attention, not just be disciplined. They need good selling places, such as those facilitated in Lokbin. They have a need to support their families," he asserted.
He also emphasized meeting the clean water needs of residents should also be a priority. Including, for residents in Seribu Islands.
"Currently, it is the dry season and there is a clean water crisis. Gradually, PAM Jaya must be able to meet 100 percent service coverage. At the same time, groundwater use must also be minimized," he added.
Including the development of public transportation facilities should also be a priority, such as LRT, MRT, and Transjakarta.
"We have seen that the MRT from Lebak Bulus to Bundaran HI is good. Later, phase 2 will reach Ancol. There will also be an East-West route," he stated.
