Road Reparation Used Precedes Budget

No need to wait 2015 City Budget as we can use precedes budget

Throughout January-March, North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-Department has finished repairing 117 out of 228 damaged roads left by flood or heavy vehicles.

Head of Roads and Bridges Maintenance Section, North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-Department, Arif Faizal Ritonga explained the reparation spent Rp 6.6 billion that taken from the precedes budget.

City to Accelerates Road Repair

"The reparation does not need to wait the 2015 City Budget (APBD), as we can use the precedes budget," he explained, Wednesday (3/25).

According to Ritonga, the budget refers to the Gubernatorial Regulation No. 211/2014 on precedes budget of TAP's APBD for each budget provision letter for the Regional Working units (SKPD/UKPD).

"Ideally, in North Jakarta, the reparation should use a speed crate which is fast and durable, but its budget reaches Rp 16 million per cubic. Nevertheless, the concretisation system is quite sturdy for the road which often passed by heavy vehicles," he finished.
