Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono opened the Greater Jakarta Regional Education and Training (Diklatda) for Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) at Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta, Friday (10/27).

He added downstream is one of the strategies to increase competitiveness at the global level. Downstreaming will create a multiplier effect, namely increasing the added value of products, attracting investment, absorbing labor, and ultimately encouraging economic growth. It is in line with the national strategy to improve the national economy.
"Hopefully, young entrepreneurs can adapt, create various innovations and new technologies to increase competitiveness, and minimize emissions and waste," he added.
HIPMI's General Central Executive Board (BPP) Chairman, Akbar Himawan Buchari hoped that the event went smoothly and the cadres provided a positive output for the organization.
"Our organization is a cadre organization, so this leadership training and training is one of the instruments, thus we can become leaders. Leaders who will fill posts such as company leaders, leaders in political circles, and also in the future can lead nationally," he explained,
