Hundreds of senior high school (SMA) students attended the socialization on the Dangers of Drugs held in the Patung Dirgantara Meeting Room, South Jakarta Mayor's Office, Tuesday (11/14).

He hoped that all participants could implement the results of this socialization, either in their respective school or home environments.

"Hopefully, the outreach can open young people's minds to the dangers of drugs that can be found anywhere and at any time," he hoped.

Legal Publication and Human Rights Sub-Group Chair for South Jakarta City Law Section, Hawang Lusy Wiranda added the socialization attended by 100 high school and equivalent students, included speakers from the South Jakarta City National Narcotics Agency (BNNK).

Those students were from SMA Bhayangkari, SMA Sumbangsih, SMK Darul Ulum, SMAN 3 Jakarta, SMAN 43 Jakarta, SMK Rumah Pendidikan Islam, and SMK As' Sarah.

"There needs to be preventive measures such as socialization because teenagers are very vulnerable to drug abuse," she stated.
