The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) is urging Jakartans to prepare themselves with umbrellas and rain coats as it predicts that rain will pour in Jakarta area today.

In the afternoon, rain with heavy intensity will pour in West Jakarta; moderate rain in South Jakarta and East Jakarta; light rain in Central Jakarta and North Jakarta; sunny cloudy in Seribu Islands.
BMKG Continues to Implement Weather Modification TechniquesAt night, light rain is expected in West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and North Jakarta; cloudy in Seribu Islands; and sunny cloudy in South Jakarta and East Jakarta.
Entering dawn, North Jakarta and Seribu Islands will see rain with light intensity; and cloudy in Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, and East Jakarta.
Today's temperature is between 24-29 degrees Celsius with humidity reaching 75-95 percent.
