She disclosed blood stocks, especially blood type AB entering the second week of January 2024, were decreasing due to the decreasing number of donors coming.

"While, stocks of other blood types are still sufficient. The reduction in stock was due to several football door-to-door services which were originally scheduled to be held in the first and second weeks of January 2024 being postponed due to various reasons," she explained.

She was optimistic that the service held by PMI at the provincial and five city levels starting the third week of January 2024 would return to normal.

"Residents can visit the Jakarta PMI office on Jalan Kramat and PMI offices in five areas which also open blood donation services to help residents who need assistance," she explained.

She was also grateful that during 2023, the Jakarta PMI succeeded in filling blood stocks to meet the blood needs for all hospitals in Jakarta.

"Thank God, we can meet blood stock for private and government hospitals in Jakarta during 2023," she stated.
