Djarot: PTSP Kebon Melati do Outstanding Service

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat  hold unannounced inspection (Sidak) to Kebon melati Urban Village office on Jalan Lontar Raya No. 3, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. A number of employees seemed shocked to know the arrival of the vice governor. Nevertheless, the service remained smooth.

I see the PTSP service is outstanding here. So I ask the sub-district to provide assistance

Djarot said, the inspection to One Stop Services (PTSP) in Kebon Melati was held due to the place is one of the most densely populated urban villages in the sub-district of Tanah Abang. There are many services provided, so employees should be always ready.

"I see the PTSP service is outstanding here. So I ask the sub-district to provide assistance," he said, Friday (1/16).

Djarot: Flood Handling in East Jakarta Must Not Fail

According to him, the amount of human resources in the urban village is very low. Up to 1,000 people came to office providing Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). It means the office working hours must be continued to Saturday.

"The citizens must be served well. We must always ready when the citizens need us," he added.

Head of Kebon Melati Urban Village, Winetrin admitted, there were 100 people managed documents in her office. The task is getting harder because 1,350 people also came to get KJP service.

"There is only one service unit head at the PTSP. All urban village staff together with freelancer are involved to cover the service," she explained.

According to her, PTSP Kebon Melati Urban Village needs more employees by 8 people minimally. It is because the urban village's success could be seen from its PTSP service.
