Puddles on Jalan Jambore Cibubur Finally Recede

Puddles on Jalan Jambore, Cibubur Village, Ciracas, East Jakarta, occurred on Wednesday (1/10), at around 2.10 PM, finally receded completely at 8 PM.

At 8 PM, the puddles on the east side had receded

Ciracas Sub-district SDA Task Force Coordinator, Deby said that to handle puddles, personnel and two floating pumps with 50 liters per second capacity deployed to the location.

"The inundation is pumped and discharged into the water channel that leads to the Rawa Dongkal Cibubur Reservoir via the water channel on the west side of Jalan Raya Jambore," he expressed.

Puddles on Jalan Jambore Cibubur Recede Quickly

Until 7.15 PM, the handling of inundation was still being conducted by joint personnel and was starting to gradually recede. Traffic, which was originally congested in both directions, also started to run normally.

"Passing vehicles began to creep along. Unlike before, it stagnated in both directions. Now the traffic is flowing," he continued," he continued.

At 7.30 PM, the inundation continued to gradually recede. The current condition was that around five centimeters of water remains on the east side of Jalan Raya Jambore because the contour of the road was lower. While, on the west side of the road, it had started to dry out.

"At 8 PM, the puddles on the east side had receded," he stated.
