The South Jakarta Branch Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) keeps providing services for residents. The services provided are mainly related to the health and social sectors.

South Jakarta PMI Chairman, Abdul Haris said that in 2023, the health services at PMI Clinics had served 1,723 people, health door-to-door services for 143 schools, and 223 other locations.

Then his party also provided emergency ambulance services for 87 people and corpse ambulance services for 66 people.

"We also provided circumcision services for 54 children, blood type checking for 24,384 people, blood sugar checking for 5,805 people, uric acid checking for 1,020 people, and cholesterol checking for 908 people. We have also carried out fogging at 141 locations," he expressed, Tuesday (1/16).

With optimal services, it would make residents in South Jakarta feel the benefits and presence of PMI.

"The services we provided last year are motivation in 2024, thus we can also provide excellent service to the community," he explained.

He added these health and social services cannot be separated from the contributions that the community has made through donations.

"South Jakarta PMI's excellent service can't be separated from the community's support. PMI's monthly fund income for 2023 will reach Rp 10.18 billion from the target of Rp 9 billion," he stated.
