Kindergarten Students Get Socialization of Gulkarmat's Job

South Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency (Gulkarmat) held socialization and education for Islam Fithria Kindergarten, Pondok Pinang Urban Village. The socialization was held at Gulkarmat Sector V Kebayoran Baru Sub-district.

Sub-agency Head, Syamsul Huda, said the program was held in order to acknowledge job and function of fire fighter.

Huda added that the participant was given knowledge about tool, equipment and mobile unit.
"We also played animation movie about fire fighter," he added.
The students were also invited to see high pressure unit extinguishing fire, and playing water.
"It is hoped the knowledge we've given can be spread out in school and residential," he added.
Meanwhile, the student companions were also given knowledge about preventing and handling fire. Especially fire caused by gas leaking and short circuit.
Hilda (35), one of student's parents, admitted happy to see her daughter getting new knowledge about fire fighter.
"The socialization given was easy to learn. Thanks for the sub-agency personnel for giving us important knowledge," she said.
