Three residents with disabilities in Kalibata Urban Village area, Pancoran Sub-district took advantage of the Layanan Dengan Kasih Sayang Betawi (LAKSA) service with door to door system launched by the South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency (Dukcapil).
Kalibata Urban Village Dukcapil Executing Unit Head, Yuyun Wahyuni said the LAKSA Betawi service is intended for people with disabilities who do not yet have an e-KTP.

She explained the socialization of the LAKSA Betawi program continues to be intensified to residents through RT/RW administrators, thus all residents without exception can have orderly population administration (adminduk).
"People with mental disorders can also be beneficiaries of this service. We present equality and justice for residents, as everyone has the right to receive population administration services," he explained.
