South Jakarta Mayor, Munjirin, directed the Technical Survey Team for Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) 2024 to run their duties well.
Don't forget to report your respective work to the main OPD
According to him, the entire technical team was tasked with being more orderly and neat in preparing work plans, especially rechecking the proposals and providing detailed explanations to the public.
"The technical team must pay attention to proposals that have been fully implemented, partially implemented, and have been repeatedly proposed but have not been implemented," he expressed, after he gave a briefing at the South Jakarta Mayor's Office, Tuesday (1/23).
Harapan Island Collects Residents' Aspirations through Rembuk RW MeetingRegarding the proposals that had been worked on, they could be documented by each relevant regional apparatus organization (OPD).
"Don't forget to report your respective work to the main OPD or other agencies or stakeholders," he explained.
No less important, the technical team must study and understand the Musrenbang guidelines well, especially regarding the proposed RW Rembuk template.
"I ask that there be no debate that makes the public confused because they have their interpretation regarding the proposed Musrenbang template. Whereas, there is already an operational definition in the guide," he explained.
South Jakarta Development Planning Sub-agency Head, Ahmad Saelani said that this year, proposals would be reduced from 2023. This year, there were 2,300 proposals, while last year there were 2,600 submissions.
"There are fewer proposals this year, as those that were proposed last year can't be proposed again," he explained.
He added the technical team coordinated with urban village and sub-district officials together with assistants and community representatives, thus the survey or field verification carried out ran smoothly and optimally.
"Following the Mayor's direction, convey and explain to the community. Although it has been surveyed and measured, it is not certain that it will be realized. This is because it must also be studied about assets, technical requirements, and look at the results of the agreement at Musrenbang, as well as the availability of time and budget," he stated.
