Today, the Lenteng Agung Urban Village Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team (TP PKK), held a celebration at Posyandu Delima II Kizijihandak, RW 10, Lenteng Agung Urban Village, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.
Lenteng Agung Urban Village TP PKK Chairman, Suryani Hasan said personnel at Posyandu would monitor the growth and development of children before they reach the age of six.

She explained the Posyandu Festival, which coincides with the 64th National Nutrition Day in 2024, besides weighing and measuring height, as well as providing additional food (PMT), also promotes the provision of good nutrition for children.
"We hold socialization to parents of toddlers regarding adequate nutrition derived from animal and vegetable protein to prevent stunting," she explained.
Of the 23 toddlers who came to Gebyar Posyandu, all were declared healthy and their growth and development was very good.
"I always urge cadres to keep monitoring the development of toddlers at least once a month. If there are indications of stunting, we can immediately report it for further action," she added.
In the meantime, Rosa (34), the parents of a toddler admitted that they routinely checked their child's growth and development at both the Posyandu and the Puskesmas.
"This health check is very important as a form of early anticipation. I always follow the officers' directions, thus my child's health and nutritional needs are maintained," she stated.
