North Jakarta Food Tenacity, Maritime and Agriculture Sub-agency conducted rabies vaccination to 36 pets in Ancol Urban Village, Pademangan Sub-district.

Sub-agency Head, Unang Rustanto, said the program was held at RW 04 Office on Monday (1/29) and RW 01 and RW 08 Office on Tuesday (1/30).
"I appreciate RW caretaker for supporting this program by giving socialization to the residents," he said, Wednesday (1/31).

"We deploy two up to three health personnel for each locations," he added.
He hopes this program will anticipate rabies case and maintain Jakarta's status as free of rabies area.
"The program is free of charge. We'll hold similar program in other urban villages," he continued.
Meanwhile, RT 06/08 resident, Rohana (47), admitted she got the information from RT's WhatsApp group.
"I have three cats. I also routinely give vaccine for my pets. This program is helpful
and free of charge," she stated.
