15 Tebabuya Trees Planted Planted on KCIC Halim Access Road

Some 15 Tabebuya trees were planted on the left side of the road leading to the Indonesian Fast Train Station - China Halim Perdanakusuma, Kebon Pala Urban Village, Makasar, Friday (2/16). The planting was led by East Jakarta Parks and City Forest Sub-agency (Tamhut) Head, Djauhar Arifin.

Its planting was packaged in the 'Jumat Menanam' (Friday Planting) program involving the Makasar Sub-district Parks Task Force, PPSU, and Kebon Pala Urban Village Satpol PP.
According to him, it was done to beautify the access road to KCIC Halim Station, which currently looks barren without trees. Moreover, this area is also one of the routes frequently crossed by state officials.

In two weeks, this area would be planted with several ornamental plants, such as 500 plants type Patah Tulang , 1,000 plants type Ruwelia Rebah, and 1,000 plants type Widelia.
Kebon Pala Urban Village Secretary, Saptowo added ten personnel of PPSU were alerted to help clean up and plant trees in such area.
"Every day, we deploy them to maintain cleanliness in the area," he stated.
