The Kelapa Gading Sub-district Water Resources Sub-agency (SDA) Executing Unit, North Jakarta, deployed a mobile pump unit to handle inundation on Jalan Pegangsaan Indah Barat, Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village.

Kelapa Gading Sub-district's SDA Executinh Unit Head, Citrin Indrawati said the rain that fell on North Jakarta from early morning until this morning caused puddles as high as 40 centimeters on Jalan Pegangsaan Indah Barat.
"This morning, at the location, we put a mobile pump unit with a capacity of 300 liters per second and five personnel to speed up handling of inundation," she expressed, Thursday (2/29).

"Currently, the inundation has gradually receded. Hopefully, the rain will subside soon," he stated.
He added handling puddles as high as 10-30 centimeters was currently also being carried out in the areas of Jalan Hybrida and Jalan Boulevard Kelapa Gading.
"Our personnel are trying to drain the water out of the area, we will continue to activate the pump until the inundation has completely receded," he explained.
Pegangsaan Dua Urban Villagr Head, Vera Fitria, appreciated the quick action of the Kelapa Gading Sub-district SDA Executing Unit in handling the inundation.
"We, from the urban village, also deployed PPSU personnel to handle inundation on Jalan Pegangsaan Dua and residential areas on Jalan Rawa Indah," he stated.
