Some 28 urban village heads throughout North Jakarta took part in technical guidance (Bimtek) entitled Chemical Understand Why Leaders Fail Leadership.

North Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Juaini Yusuf said today's Bimtek is held to develop themselves for regional leaders such as urban village heads to make Jakarta a Global City a success.
"We want to produce visionary leadership, superior managerial skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt and innovate," he expressed, at the Yos Sudarso Hall, North Jakarta Mayor's office, Wednesday (3/6).

"I urge them to apply this training to manage sub-districts more effectively and efficiently," he explained.
He urged all urban village heads in North Jakarta could continue to develop themselves and improve their abilities through continuous learning and training, as well as motivate them to work hard to make Jakarta, especially North Jakarta, even better.
"We must be able to produce a real positive impact on society and our respective work units," he explained.
Sub-Coordinate for Personnel Affairs, North Jakarta Personnel, Management and Public Services Section, Christina Trinita added there were 28 out of 31 urban villages in North Jakarta.
"It will run until tomorrow with a Speaker, Mohamad Agung Every who is the Director of PT ASL Consulting," he explained.
The Bimtek received appreciation from Sunter Jaya Urban Village Head, Eka Persilian Yeluma. This because welcoming Jakarta as a Global City is not easy, it requires readiness and innovative and creative insight.
"We gain a lot of additional knowledge, insight and motivation to be even better and prepare for future dynamics," he added.
